Friend Accounting’s monthly online bookkeeping comes in 4 levels: Starter 2,900 · Standard 4,900 · Business 7,900 · Premium from 12,900 baht per month. Every package already includes bookkeeping, monthly tax filing and payroll. What moves the price is your monthly document volume, whether you are VAT-registered, headcount, and the management reports you want.

“One document” means one invoice, receipt or payment/receipt item, counting both purchases and sales. If you are unsure, your last bank statement gives a good estimate.

Other costs to know before you decide
- 7% VAT is added to the package price (we are VAT-registered and issue a tax invoice every month)
- Extra staff beyond the package: +200 baht per person per month (calculation, payslip, PND 1, social security)
- If documents exceed the package we tell you and propose the next level — nothing is added silently
- Starter package: year-end close and filing are priced separately at a client rate, quoted before the work starts
- One-time work such as company registration 12,900 / VAT registration 3,500 / social-security registration 2,500 — full list on the packages page
How to pick the right package
Answer four questions and the package picks itself: (1) how many documents a month, (2) VAT-registered or not, (3) how many staff, (4) how often you want a management report. Most VAT-registered businesses with 30–80 documents land on Standard.
