How does online bookkeeping work? From first chat to tidy books every month

“Online bookkeeping” means an accounting firm handles your books, taxes and payroll entirely online — you send documents as files, we record them in an online accounting system (we use FlowAccount), and you can open your numbers any day. No driving folders to the office, no waiting until month-end to learn your profit.

The 4 steps, as they actually happen

1. Choose a package

Click “I’m interested” on the site or message us on LINE with your document volume and headcount; we confirm the right package and send a quotation. From 2,900 baht per month, excluding VAT.

2. Send the setup documents

Company certificate, VAT certificate (PP 20, if registered), last year’s financial statements and bank details. We set up FlowAccount and an OneDrive folder for your documents — 3–5 business days for a new company, 1–2 weeks when transferring from another firm.

3. Every month: send → record → file

You photograph or upload the month’s documents to OneDrive. We record them, reconcile the bank, confirm the tax due before the deadline and file on time. Anything unclear, the team asks on LINE OA.

4. Year end: close and file

Year-end close, auditor coordination and filing with the DBD and the Revenue Department — included from Standard up; Starter is priced separately at a package rate.

• Management reports — Business and above get a readable profit-and-loss report with the accountant’s notes

What you still do yourself (and how we make it easy)

• Keep the documents — tax invoices, receipts, transfer slips; photograph and send as you go instead of at month-end
• Pay the tax we confirm before the deadline (we never hold client money)
• Answer questions about unclear documents on LINE within the month
